Since publication, some inconsistencies have been identified in the Annual Report 2022/23. We have provided further information and corrections below for the following pages:
1. Page 70 - On the graph for Measure 1.1, the percentages are incorrectly labelled on the table with a difference of around 1 - 2%. The correct range is between 97.53% to 97.98%, but are shown as 99.75% to 99.8%. Despite this error, the trend remains the same.
2. Page 85 - The percentages presented for Measure 5.5 years mentioned in the black circles are incorrect. Year 2019/20 is to be read as 2021/22 and Year 2021/22 is to be read as 2022/23. The percentages in the ‘What do the results tell us section’ are correct. -
